Operator and acceptance

These Terms of Service govern access to PnL Mesh services provided by the PnL Mesh operator, including the website, application, bot management tools, payment flows, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing access, connecting Telegram, creating bots, or using any part of PnL Mesh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

Accounts and security

You must be legally able to use the service and at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, email account, Telegram account, and devices secure.

Bot tokens, exchange API keys, and any other automation credentials must use least-privilege permissions. Withdrawal permissions should not be granted to automation credentials unless a future written policy explicitly allows it.

• Keep passwords and tokens confidential.
• Revoke compromised API keys or bot tokens immediately.
• Notify support@pnlmesh.com about suspected unauthorized access.

Payments, deposits, and service access

PnL Mesh may support paid access, bot purchases, PNL deposits, and third-party payment provider flows. Payment pages or invoices may be served by third-party providers such as Trybit or a successor provider.

You are responsible for checking payment amount, currency, network, fees, and invoice status before sending funds. We may suspend or delay service access when payments fail, expire, are reversed, or cannot be reconciled.

Trading and third-party services

PnL Mesh is not a broker, exchange, custodian, bank, investment adviser, or financial adviser. Content, dashboards, bots, signals, and automation are for operational and informational use only and are not financial advice.

You remain responsible for every trading decision, exchange account, API permission, order, fee, tax obligation, and regulatory obligation. Third-party exchanges, Telegram, payment providers, wallets, and networks are outside our control.

Prohibited use and termination

You must not use PnL Mesh for unlawful activity, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, credential sharing, platform abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe an account creates security, legal, operational, payment, abuse, or platform integrity risk.

Intellectual property and liability

PnL Mesh, its software, UI, names, data structures, and content are owned by the PnL Mesh operator or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable right to use the service according to these terms.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the PnL Mesh operator disclaims warranties and is not liable for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, lost data, exchange losses, token losses, or indirect damages.
