Refund rules for digital access, subscriptions, deposits, and service fees.
Refund rule
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days after payment if the purchased bots did not produce positive PNL during that period. Digital service fees, subscriptions, bot purchases, setup fees, and activated access are otherwise non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved by the PnL Mesh operator.
A successful payment does not guarantee trading profit, exchange availability, bot profitability, spread availability, or uninterrupted service.
Deposits and provider payments
PNL deposits and other payment flows may involve third-party providers and blockchain or exchange rails. Refund availability may depend on provider rules, network finality, reconciliation status, fees, and fraud controls.
Payment provider fees, blockchain gas, exchange fees, failed transfer costs, and currency conversion costs may be non-refundable.
How to request review
Send refund or billing questions to support@pnlmesh.com with account email, transaction id, payment provider reference, amount, date, and a concise explanation.
We may require identity, account, transaction, or anti-fraud checks before reviewing a request. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Chargebacks and abuse
Unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud, or payment abuse may lead to account suspension, bot suspension, balance lock, or termination while the issue is investigated.
